My name is Stephane.  When I started my very first virginal blog in 2006, a friend and reader suggested the name grandpaStephStepiphany.  I liked it and kept it, but I can’t promise an epiphany in every post. I have four kids, and they make up the bulk of what I write about. My oldest is 19 and my youngest is 4.  Things stay fairly interesting. My other full-time job is training physicians and their staff on electronic medical records. I try not to say much about that publicly at all. I am also a licensed practical nurse, but I don’t do direct patient care at the moment. I am passionate about health care, education, the environment, and my family. I occasionally get fired up about other stuff as well. That’s me and my grandpa in the picture. I miss him a bunch.
